Apple should consider converting their stores into a place where people would feel comfortable, sit and learn more about their products.  A place where customers can exchange ideas and talk about different way to solve problems and how to incorporate the products into their businesses.  I think it shouldn’t even be named a “store”; maybe just “Apple”.  I imagine the place having comfortable sitting areas, something of a coffee shop feel.

Right now the store feels too crowded and everybody is too busy to get an answer from.  When you get into the store you want to just get what you want and leave.  I don’t think this is healthy for the long run.
